PRE-ORDER POLICY

1. Introduction
Our pre-order system allows customers to purchase upcoming or limited-release products in advance. This helps us reduce production and inventory costs, while offering customers exclusive benefits and the best prices.
2. Pre-order Stages
2.1 Showcase
This is the stage where we explore, introduce, and gather customer feedback on innovative products with strong potential for growth.
2.2 Coming Soon
“Coming Soon” marks products that are ready to launch to users. However, 9Spacex requires additional time to complete the final preparations to ensure the product reaches customers in its best and most complete form.
2.3 Pre-order
This is the stage where products are distributed to customers through the “Pre-order” method, with three pricing tiers:
- Guiness Speeed
- The Fasst Guy
- Pre-order
These tiers correspond to the three phases of a Pre-order campaign.
2.4 Official Launch Process of Pre-order Campaigns
Research & Development (Showcase)
- The 9Spacex team searches for unique and innovative products with a strong competitive advantage. These are introduced on 9Spacex’s official platforms such as the Fanpage, Showcase page, and main website.
- Customers can share their impressions and feedback on these products.
- After collecting feedback, 9Spacex finds reliable suppliers to source the most promising items.
Sourcing Phase (Coming Soon)
- Gather complete product information from suppliers: import prices, minimum order quantities, production and delivery timelines, and detailed visuals/specs.
- Develop a Pre-order launch plan and ensure resources for execution.
- Present the Pre-order project to suppliers, including campaign duration, order commitments, and exclusivity terms (if applicable).
- Order product samples for quality review and produce authentic images/videos.
- Launch the product on the official website with complete details, estimated timeline, and projected pricing.
- Officially open early registration for the product.
Official Project Launch (Pre-order)
- Provide official information including launch time, available quantity, pricing tiers, and estimated delivery schedule.
- Invite customers to the showroom to experience product samples before ordering.
- Execute multimedia communications to deliver complete campaign details to customers.
2.5 Target Quantity for Each Pre-order Campaign
- Each campaign sets a minimum target quantity depending on the product type.
- This target ensures better import pricing and allows 9Spacex to offer exclusive Pre-order deals to customers.
- For factory-made products, the target quantity is also required for suppliers to begin production.
- If the target is not met, the campaign duration may be extended or 9Spacex may cover the remaining balance to maintain on-time delivery.

- Depending on each campaign, we offer extra benefits for early customers: premium gifts, complimentary accessories for selected items, exclusive discounts, or limited in-stock quantities available only during the launch event.
- We understand that buying a brand-new product can be a big decision, especially without a physical store to experience it firsthand. That’s why we always test and experience products ourselves before introducing them to the market. You can verify this through real-life images and review videos produced by the 9space team. Rest assured — every purchase is protected by 9space Technology’s refund, exchange, and cancellation policy.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Pre-orders can be canceled under the following conditions:
- Before the product enters the production or shipping phase.
- If significant delays beyond the estimated timeframe occur.
- Refunds will be processed according to our Refund & Return Policy.5. Limitations
5. Detailed Product Return/Exchange Conditions
The following regulations supplement the Cancellation & Refund Policy in Section 4 and apply to cases where products have been delivered to customers:

Please note:
- Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Pre-order offers may be limited in quantity and time.
- Product specifications may change slightly before release.
