This is the stage where we explore, introduce, and gather customer feedback on innovative products with strong potential for growth.

2.2 Coming Soon

“Coming Soon” marks products that are ready to launch to users. However, Vaithuhay requires additional time to complete the final preparations to ensure the product reaches customers in its best and most complete form.

2.3 Pre-order

This is the stage where products are distributed to customers through the “Pre-order” method, with three pricing tiers:

• Pioneer
• Special Offer
• Standard Pre-order

These tiers correspond to the three phases of a Pre-order campaign.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Pre-orders can be canceled under the following conditions:
