Preorder policy

At 9spacex, certain products may be offered on a pre-order basis. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

All pre-orders require 100% upfront payment at the time of purchase.
Payment guarantees your spot in the campaign and secures production of your item.

Once a pre-order is placed, it is considered final and cannot be canceled or refunded.
If you change your mind after placing a pre-order, we only offer store credit for future purchases.

Pre-order campaigns typically run for 30 days.
After the campaign ends, items go into production and processing, which takes 15–20 business days.
Shipping will follow the same timelines as our standard shipping policy for ready-to-ship items (estimated 10–15 days delivery).
In total, pre-order customers can expect to receive their products within approximately 2 months from the date of purchase.

While we aim to meet the estimated delivery timeline, please note that delays may occur due to factors such as:

Supplier or manufacturing delays requiring additional production time.
Logistics or customs clearance issues in destination countries.
Unforeseen circumstances impacting fulfillment (e.g., regional shipping congestion).

In the event of significant delays, we will notify you via email and provide updated timelines.

If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order due to supplier or production issues, you will receive store credit equal to the full value of your purchase.
Store credits can be applied toward any product available on 9spacex.com.
Cash refunds are not available for pre-order items unless required by local consumer protection laws.
