REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The product is in its original packaging.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Personal care items
  • Clearance or final sale items

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank; there may be processing delays.

If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us before sending the product back.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
